This page explains what happens to your information when you visit hirefrankie.nyc or get in touch with us. Frankie is run by VAUNT 102 Inc. (“we”). Questions about your information go to hi@vauntos.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the form: your name, email address, business name, the kind of business you run, and anything you choose to tell us about your goals.

When you book a call: Cal.com, our scheduling service, collects your name, email address, the time you pick and any notes you add, along with technical details such as your IP address and browser.

When you browse the site: Google Analytics records which pages you view, where you came from, your approximate location (city or region), and your device and browser. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps technical logs that include your IP address and browser. The spam check on our form, Google reCAPTCHA, reads technical signals such as your IP address, your browser and how you use the page to tell people from bots.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to schedule and hold our call, and, if you become a client, to work with you. We use analytics to understand how the site is used and make it better.

We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it for advertising, and we don’t run ads on this site.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the site and reply to you:

  • Vercel hosts the site.
  • Amazon Web Services delivers the form to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace is our email.
  • Google reCAPTCHA checks that the form is filled in by a person. Google handles this data on our behalf, only to run the check and keep it secure.
  • Cal.com handles bookings.
  • Google Analytics measures how the site is used.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a buyer if our business is ever sold.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_N6N6RQHK74, when you open the site. They tell Google Analytics that two page views come from the same browser.

Google explains how it uses this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services . You can stop it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on , or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser.

The form’s spam check, Google reCAPTCHA, keeps a small note in your browser once you start filling in the form, and sets one security cookie, _GRECAPTCHA, when you send it. The booking calendar sets one security cookie, __cf_bm, that lasts 30 minutes, and keeps a random ID in your browser that holds the time you pick. Once you pick a time, it also saves that ID in a cookie, uid, that ends when you close your browser. It remembers your time zone and clock format if you change them. None of these is used for advertising.

Do Not Track

The site doesn’t respond to Do Not Track signals. Apart from Google Analytics and the reCAPTCHA check as described above, no other company collects information about what you do across other sites through this site.

How long we keep it

  • Your form details and emails with us: as long as we need them to reply to you and to work together.
  • Analytics data: 14 months.
  • Bookings: as long as we use Cal.com.
  • Hosting logs: we can see them for one hour; Vercel keeps its own copy as its privacy policy describes.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we’ll do it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out above.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Visitors outside the US

We’re based in the United States, and your information is processed here.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
