These terms cover your use of hirefrankie.nyc. Frankie is run by VAUNT 102 Inc. (“we”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
This site describes Frankie’s services and lets you get in touch with us and book a call. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract. If you become a client, the work we do together is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you, not by these terms.
The phone on the home page shows sample conversations with Frankie, your AI producer. They illustrate how the app works; they aren’t advice and aren’t a record of real clients.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don’t try to break or overload it, get around its security or spam check, or send us anything harmful, false or that isn’t yours to send.
What you send us
When you fill in the form or book a call, give us accurate details. What we do with them is set out in our privacy policy.
Our content
The site’s words, design, illustrations and the Frankie name and logo belong to VAUNT 102 Inc. You’re welcome to link to the site and to quote it with credit. Please don’t copy it as a whole or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Other services
The booking calendar is run by Cal.com, and the spam check by Google reCAPTCHA. Their own terms apply when you use them. We aren’t responsible for other sites we link to.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, VAUNT 102 Inc. isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using the site, or from being unable to use it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about the site goes to the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
